Takibi is my favorite restaurant in Portland. The Japanese inspired dishes are all thoughtfully curated and seasonal. The cocktails are wonderful as well. I recommend it as a wonderful place to celebrate a birthday or graduation. There are many vegetarian options that are flavorful and fresh.
