Brown Bread with Goat Cheese, Seranno Chilis, and Crispy Trumpet Mushrooms

Ingredients
1 trumpet mushroom, diced
Heavy pinch of salt
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
2 slices of brown bread
2 tablespoon goat cheese
1/2 a seranno pepper, sliced
Preparation
Add your diced trumpet mushroom to a small non-stick pan with a heavy pinch of salt and 1 tablespoon olive oil. Cook until the mushroom pieces release their water. After they do, add 1 tablespoon butter and cook until the mushroom pieces brown.
Meanwhile, toast your 2 slices of brown bread.
After the bread is toasted, add a tablespoon of goat cheese to each slice. Then add the slices of seranno pepper. Finally, divide the mushroom and leftover oil/butter between each slice of bread and enjoy.
