Mango Salsa



Ingredients

  • 1 mango, diced

  • 1 jalapeño, minced

  • 1/2 shallot, minced

  • 1/4 teaspoon cumin

  • Juice of 2 limes


Preparation

  1. Add your 1 diced mango, 1 minced jalapeño, 1/2 a minced shallot, 1/4 teaspoon of cumin, and the juice of 2 limes to a small serving bowl. Mix well to combine and then refrigerate for 2 hours before serving. Serve with tortilla chips or tacos.


Notes

  • Yield: ~ 1.5 cups of salsa
